Guidelines for RCS Advertising Sign-ups


Deadlines: Deadline for all ad copy is 10/15. Payment is due by 12/31. We will bill advertisers AFTER that date.

Paperwork: Request that white invoices be filled out completely and leave it with the prospective advertiser. When the ad commitment is firm, fill out
the blue RCS file copy (legibly please!) and return it to us with the ad copy or instructions for changes to last year’s ad and the payment to RCS. All forms can be found on our website and can be filled out online while you are at the advertiser’s place of business. You will also find a printable version if you need one or if that method is preferred.


Payment: Due date of December 31st (we’d love any before that). We will bill after that date. Checks can be mailed to RCS or given to the RCS member. Payment is also available online on this page if your advertiser prefers to pay right away via a credit card. It is a secure PAYPAL website. 

Ad Copy Guidelines: AD COPY DUE 10/15 When possible, please use the same copy as last year. If new copy is required, please request that they email the ad (jpg form is best) to Charlie by clicking here or click on any link that says “email us” and attach the ad. If this is not an option, ask them for a “camera ready” copy which we can scan for them. A business card is ok for a quarter page ad. Ad sizes are on the white invoice that you will leave with the advertiser. If photos are being used, please ask for them on a disk or ask for an original which will not be returned to them.

Miscellaneous Guidelines.

Availability of “inside covers” and “program page” ads

These are not available unless the advertisers who purchased them last year have been contacted and they have decided against doing them again.

All ads are solicited in the fall for both semesters. Therefore, ad changes are not possible for the Spring program.
